Parents As Teachers (PAT)
Parents as Teachers (PaT) works to build strong communities, thriving families, and children that are healthy, safe, and ready to learn.  For more information on the program in general, click here.

Contact your local school district to take advantage of the free, state-funded services such as free in home health screenings.  It is available for children ages 0-5 years olds.  The links are below for the school districts within the City of Richmond Heights.
