All aboard! Join us as we explore the Saint Louis area.  Fees include travel costs and admission if tickets are required.  Food is at your own expense. Destinations are subject to change but participants will be notified. Pre-registration is required. Meet at THE HEIGHTS Community Center 8001 Dale Ave. Travel will be by the PARC Bus.

Garden Glow

Join us as we explore the beauty of the Missouri Botanical Garden in full holiday spirit during
Garden Glow, a celebration with over one million dazzling lights! We’ll stroll through the lights together while sipping on hot chocolate.

Sheldon Hall Coffee & Concert

Enjoy complimentary coffee and pastries at 9 a.m. in the newly remodeled Konneker Room at Sheldon Hall before the one-hour Tim Schall holiday concert. Then enjoy the 10 a.m. performance in the perfect acoustics of the historic concert hall. After the concert we will load the bus and head over to the City Foundry Food Hall.

Join us as we explore some of St. Louis’s greatest attractions at Union Station. We’ll first visit the St. Louis Aquarium. Next, we’ll walk over to the Soda Fountain where we’ll enjoy lunch and dessert. To round out our trip we’ll climb aboard the climate controlled gondolas and see the absolute best views of downtown St. Louis.

Walk with Ease

Cost: FREE
Do you want to improve flexibility, strength and stamina while walking safely and comfortable with others? Walk with Ease is an evidence-based walking program that can help reduce pain and improve overall health. Participants will meet three times per week under the supervision of a walking leader trained according to guidelines of the Arthritis Foundation. * Each walk begins with a discussion related to exercise followed by stretching and strengthening, a walk and a cool down. Space is limited.

Lunch & Bingo Ages 21+
