The Youth Fitness Room is available any time during our regular business hours. Simply let the front desk staff know you would like to use the room and they will open it for you.

How much does it cost to use?

iWALL:
IMG_9427iWall is a fun and versatile exergaming product that lets you become a part of the game. Play on your own or share the fun with someone in multiplayer mode in one of our fitness games.

3 KICK/PUNCH:
IMG_9411The Interactive 3 Kick/Punch Station is a heavy duty commercial grade machine that will be loved by youth! "3 Kick" is designed with proprietary and resilient foam pads that can be punched, kicked, slapped, or tapped with shoes or bare feet, a fist, or an open palm. A light comes on in the pad and an audible tone sounds, when the pad is hit the light goes off and randomly another comes on. The score is based on speed and more points are allocated the faster you move, making it easy to track your daily progress.

BOULDERING WALL:
IMG_9409While our ceilings aren't quite high enough for a high climbing wall, they are big enough for a side to side bouldering wall!
