Total conditioning workout using stability balls, mats, weights, bands, and gliders. Emphasis in this class is on strength and core stability.
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8-8:55am
Combinations of full body Boot Camp style exercises mixed in with Tabata timed series of cardio and strength conditioning. Class will also include HIIT conditioning for a fun, fast and safe workout using free weights and TRX! Come prepared to WORK!
Art of Movement
An all in one workout that delivers cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility while focusing on injury prevention, pain reduction and joint sustainability. It is inspired by martial arts, yoga, physical therapy and classical conditioning. This class is the perfect way to check off your wellness boxes and bring balance to your body. Class is done on a yoga mat to provide extra cushioning for the joints! Please bring a yoga mat!
Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all set to exciting music tracks picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride! No experience needed.
Aerobics is back! Bigger, Better, and HIGHer! Experience a modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop action-packed hour of cardio and toning tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go high or you can go low but you will always leave feeling HIGH!
Feel Good Friday Yoga
Start your weekend feeling refreshed, uplifted and clear. Take some deep breaths, re-energize your body, and replenish your mind. Class will include deep stretches, flows to build heat, standing and floor poses, and relaxing meditation to conclude the class. Open to all levels. Come prepared to feel good!
Energetic form of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness, class includes flow elements, core work, standing series and a relaxing wind-down ending with savasana.
Ashtanga Yoga for all levels is a refreshing class that improves circulation, challenges core muscles, and cleans mental clutter. Aligned movement synchronized with breath is both energizing and grounding. Expect to be led through sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, and possibly a few inversions.
This is not your ordinary Cardio Kickboxing class! Come learn the basics of kickboxing and how to defend yourself in this fun and fast paced aerobic fitness class, while you build lean muscle and endurance! You’ll punch! You’ll kick! And you’ll sweat!
Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation period will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Zumba is an exhilarating, cardio-dance fitness class with an emphasis on Latin and International rhythms (including Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Calypso and Bhangra.) Zumba features easy-to-follow steps, so no dance background is necessary.

Get a burst of energy with spouts of electrifying exercises to get your heart rate pumping! Class varies in styles such as interval training, tabata, Hiit and much more!
Fitness yoga is a vinyasa yoga flow class that will strengthen the body, release tension and establish a healing mind-body connection. While previous yoga experience is not a requirement, some level of fitness is preferable because of the flowing movements.
Enhance your core strength, posture and flexibility as you learn some new poses and review some familiar ones. Some prior yoga experience is preferred.
THE HEIGHTS Pump is designed to sculpt and tone your whole body and work your major muscle groups.
A fusion of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training, designed for a wide range of fitness levels and focused on improving posture, balance, strength and flexibility.
Enhance your overall fitness with this multi-functional class that emphasizes the improvements of strength, balance and stability. Benefits include increased flexibility, core strength, muscle strength and endurance, and overall better condition of your entire body!
Utilizing the foam roller and various Pilates/Yoga movements to help your muscles, body and mind relax and recover. This class focuses on the myofascial release of contracted muscles in order to eliminate soreness and restore motion in your muscles.
Dance Fit is based on the idea that exercise should be fun and feel great. Join in on a high energy aerobic dance class that incorporates a variety of dance styles designed to create a happier and healthier life. Classes are infused with dance forms such as funk, modern jazz, Latin/Zumba, African, authentic movement and Nia as well as Martial Arts (Aikido and Tae Kwon Do) and the Healing Arts (Tai Chi and yoga). Simple dance moves are used to energize and condition the whole body. The class is for everybody and for every body.
Build strength and endurance while adding a core and balance component to each move. This strength class utilizes a variety of exercise equipment: including dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands and balls to challenge every muscle group. There are many ways to modify the moves to accommodate any age or ability all levels welcome!

Taking the strength and flexibility exercises of yoga and combining them with core strengthening, spine and posture perfecting exercises of Pilates.
M.O.V.E. is a class designed for the active aging population utilizing light weights, resistance bands and chair-based exercises. Class will focus on 4 essential components.... Mobility of the body and the endurance of the muscles and cardio. Obtaining strength physically and mentally (YOU CAN DO IT!) Vitality focuses on the flexibility of one’s body, making the body more limber and increasing muscle and joint range of motion. Energy focuses on the balance and stability aspect of fitness finding your center energy to obtain peak health and wellness. Please bring water and a towel and wear athletic shoes.
Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, the spinning program delivers a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn and personal challenge—all at a self-directed pace.
Work your entire core and learn new exercises to help sculpt the body! This class is for all fitness levels.
Strengthens your core along with every major muscle group in your body. Barre for both men and women barre offers so many great benefits: improves strength, balance and posture while working major muscles intensely. All levels are welcome. Modifications provided. Great for every golfer, basketball player, weight lifter, runner, and even for those participants that don't like to workout.
VITALITY AND MOVEMENT
A class geared for the older adult. Participants will work on strength, flexibility and balance. A chair is utilized for some exercises and also for those who wish additional balance.
Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30-5:25pm
A form of total body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobics. Focusing and building muscle strength and endurance. An exercise (circuit) is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
Strength and Vitality
This class is designed for experienced active aging participants who wish to increase their strength and the energy required to maintain an independent and self-sufficient lifestyle. It encompasses weight training to promote healthy bones, stretching to combat the loss of flexibility associated with aging and cardio for a strong heart. Participants should be strong advanced beginners to Intermediate Level to attend class. Participants must have the ability to get down on the floor and back up.
Simple choreography to pop and Latin music that will keep you moving for a cardio workout!
Class will be an interval style class alternating a different variety of full body Strength Training Intervals with Tabata Cardio Drills. Remember to bring Water, a Towel and a willingness to challenge yourself!
A mix between low impact cardio and functional strength. A great 2-for-1 class to maximize your time!
