Public Works Department

The Public Works Department is responsible for the public property and the facilities of the City of Richmond Heights.  This responsibility includes construction inspections, vehicle and equipment maintenance as well as the City’s street and Sewer Lateral Replacement Program. The Public Works Department currently has four operating divisions: Administrative, Street Maintenance (which includes asphalt and concrete), Fleet Maintenance and Building Maintenance.
