Hadley Project Timeline
The City received three proposals on Thursday, February 23, in response to the City’s 2012 Hadley Township Redevelopment Area Request For Proposals.
The submittals were received in the following order:
1. COSTCO Wholesale for southern 19-acres section
2. NAIDESCO for Menards for southern 19-acres section
3. PACE PROPERTIES for the northern 20-acres section
The ‘northern section’ is that section of the Redevelopment Area south of Dale Avenue and north of Elinor Avenue. The ‘southern section’ is that section of the Redevelopment Area south of Elinor Avenue and north of West Bruno Avenue.
Copies of each are available for viewing upon request in the Deputy City Clerk’s office.
The City will review the proposals and make a decision by April 16, 2012.
