The fitness center is open to ages 14 and older. Ages 14 and 15 must go through a youth orientation prior to using equipment. We also offer orientations to anyone 16+ who would like to learn more about our machines. All orientations are free.

Fitness Center COVID-19 Guidelines


 BASKETBALL COURTS

Due to limited access the court is currently available to MEMBERS ONLY.

We have one hoop available for shooting around. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, only 2 users max (or anyone living in the same household) are allowed on the court at the same time to allow for social distancing. There is a 30 minute max time restriction when someone is waiting to use the court. Contact games are NOT allowed. 

Each shooter must have their own basketball if they are from different households. Basketballs will be available for check out at our front desk. Please be sure to bring it back to the front desk when you are finished shooting so staff can throughly sanitize it before lending it out to another person.

Cardio Training

THE HEIGHTS offers a variety of state-of-the-art cardio machines. We purchase cardio equipment from top manufactures such as TRUE, Precor, Octane, Life Fitness and Matrix.


Strength Training/Free Weights

THE HEIGHTS offers multiple strength training options. The Star Trac Selectorized strength line offers easy to follow exercises that target specific muscle groups. We also have plate loaded hammer strength, 3 dual cable pulleys and a variety of Life Fitness cable machines and more.
  
In addition to the strength machines we also have dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX straps and more to add to your routine.


Functional Fitness

Our Funtioncal Fitness area is located adjacent to our fitness center upstairs.


Included in this area we have 7 squat racks, battle ropes, prowler sled, custom rig with monkey bars that features a punching bag, TRX straps, and plenty of storage to create open space for personalized work outs.
   

Indoor Track

Our 3 lane walking/running track circles the functional fitness area as well as the gymnasium. Our track has a low impact surface. 16.25 laps equals a mile. 
 

Gymnasium

Our gymnasium is equipped with 3 basketball nets. Pickleball lines are also layed to offer 3 courts of play.
