For one fee you can have access to wide variety of group fitness classes. Whether you’re looking to dance some pounds away, sculpt strong muscles, or challenge your fitness level, our Group Fitpass has something for you! Participants are encouraged to bring their own fitness mat. These passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and valid only at THE HEIGHTS. Must be 16+

HEIGHTS Group Fitness During COVID-19 

We are excited to be offering group fitness classes again! All participants must have an active group fitness pass in order to participate in classes. Drop-in rates are not available. Because spaces are limited due to social distancing we are asking that you make a reservation for the classes you'd like to attend. Reservations will be taken a week prior for the following week of classes. If there are still spaces available on the day of the class we will allow walk-ins with an active group fitness pass. To make a reservation for classes you will need to email the fitness manager, Jon Gutmann at jgutmann@richmondheights.org.
 
This will be the format to register to take group fitness classes at THE HEIGHTS moving forward until further notice:
 
Mon-Wed 1 person can register for 3 individual classes max. Thur/Fri remaining spots can be filled on top of the 3 reservations made earlier in the week (if applicable). No reservations accepted on weekends. First come, First serve. This will need to be done on a weekly basis as spots are limited and guidelines are strict.
 
All classes will also be offered via zoom. If you have an active group fitness pass you will be given the information to log into these classes.


Group Fitness COVID-19 Guidelines

  • Drop-in fees are not available for purchase.
  • Classes are by reservation only. To register for a class, email Fitness Manager Jon Gutmann at jgutmann@richmondheights.org. Must have an active group fitness pass in order to participate in classes. Reservations will be taken a week prior for the following week of classes.   • 2 strike system- after 2 no shows, participants will be banned from taking in person classes for 1 week (unless there is a valid absence, which will be determined by the Fitness Manager).
  • To encourage social distancing Studio 1 & 2 have a capacity of 11 participants plus the instructor and the Gym capacity is 16 participants plus the instructor.
  • All classes will be zoomed and you must have a valid group fitness pass in order to take them. Must email Jon Gutmann at jgutmann@richmondheights.org for class ID and password.
  • Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. The fitness center has a water bottle refilling station available for you to refill.
  • Masks must be worn at all times except when exercising.
