Fitness Programs and Services:


NEXT LEVEL BOOT CAMP Ages 16+

Register for the number of classes you wish to take for a given month.  You can attend whichever day(s) fit your schedule each week. Classes expire at the end of the month and will not be carried forward to the following month. Challenges are completed quarterly with fitness testing including body analysis on the InBody scale, Strength, endurance, and cardiovascular. New participants will be accessed during their first week of class. Class spots are limited! Challenge includes the following classes:   

Boot Camp
Mon/Wed/Fri  5:30-6:30am
Sat 7:30-8:30am
Challenging exercises utilizing suspension straps, body weight exercises, BOSU, stability balls, kettle bells and battling ropes. Class will be on group fitness rig.

Next Level Spin Core  
Tue/Thu 5:30-6:30am
30-minute spinning class followed by 30-minute core work.  Core work will utilize TRX straps, med balls and body weight exercises.

1-3 classes         $12/class
4-11 classes       $9/class
12-16 classes     $8/class
17+ classes         $7/class

INBODY ANALYSIS SCALE

This test will provide you with essential Information to accomplish all your health and wellness goals, such as percent body fat, visceral fat, basal metabolic rate, segmental muscle analysis and much more! A printout of your analysis will be given at the end of the test. Test is completed by appointment and all information will be interpreted for your understanding.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN (FMS) 

A screening tool used to evaluate fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain or injury. The screen is designed to put an individual in positions where movement deficits become noticeable if appropriate stability and mobility are not used. Individuals may perform an activity at a high level, but they also are limited in fundamental movements. This leads to the use of compensatory movements in order to achieve or maintain the level of performance needed for the activity. PRE AND POSTNATAL COACHING

Many women still believe that once they become pregnant they must either put their workout regimen on hold, or significantly scale back. While every pregnancy is different, exercising during pregnancy is not only safe, but has many health benefits for both mom and baby! Exercising after baby is born is just as important, but can also come with new questions and concerns.
